It is designed to fill F12, F22, R134a and other refrigerant gases with under cap filling process. The line is composed of empty can arranging machine, automatic cap placing machine, automatic under cap filling main machine, automatic weighing machine, automatic water bath leakage testing machine, special belt conveyor for coding printer and packing table with conveyor. It is an ideal option for big scale refrigerant gas manufacturers.

This machine adopted advanced weighing sensor, Siemens PLC controlling system and low-voltage apparatus; the whole machine is fully explosion-proof, and with the function such as adjustable stepless motor, human-computer dialogue interface, related fault and waiting for feeding indicator, it could detect the weight of each finished can, and reject the unqualified can automatically.

 

Name:Automatic water bath leak tester
The machine has an explosion proof motor and is equipped with an automatic overload breaker to guarantee the safety running. The explosion proof electric heating tubes installed in the water tank can quickly heat up the water to a desired temperature and automatically control the temperature. The hanging jig is tightly clamped and won't be dropped off. The machine is attached with the automatic all-drying device.
