This 90-can-per-minute bag on valve filling line features high efficiency, high precision, and high automation. It uses a touch screen and PLC program control, with a servo-driven system that integrates the under-cap filling of compressed air (or nitrogen) and sealing, followed by the filling of raw materials. The line consists of a can arranging machine, a four-head inflating and sealing machine, a twelve-head liquid filling machine, an automatic weighing machine, a hanging-style automatic water bath leakage testing machine, an automatic actuator pressing machine, an automatic large cap pressing machine, an automatic coding machine, and a packaging station.It is an ideal choice for manufacturers producing large-capacity BOV aerosol products.
1.Empty can arranging machine
Driven by an explosion-proof motor, this machine automatically sorts aerosol cans and walks on the conveyor line in order, without can squeezing, jamming, or inversion, and the speed can be adjusted as needed. The can feeder imitates the imported line.
2.4-head inflating & crimping machine
The equipment is composed of 4 inflatable sealing components and is driven by a PLC controlled servo system to achieve automation and parameterized control, which can achieve stable and efficient prefabricated air pressure and sealing.

3.12-head liquid filling & 4-head cleaning
The equipment consists of 12 filling heads and 4 cleaning heads. It is driven by a PLC controlled servo system and can realize
automation and parameterized control. The cleaning head can be customized according to customer needs. The main purpose is to
clean colored and easily solidified materials. The cleaning medium is the volatilized gas of industrial alcohol and pressurized to
clean the remaining material in the valve core to prevent the valve core from clogging.

4.3-head inner pressure detection
The machine consists of an inner pressure detection machine host and a QTG automatic can picking device. The main machine consists of a workbench, a precision indexing mechanism, a pressure measuring head and an automatic control system. The pressure measuring head is mainly composed of a column slide lifting mechanism, three groups of cylinders, a detection head, a pressure sensor, a pressure transmitter, etc. When there is an aerosol can under the pressure measuring head, the detection head automatically presses down, the valve stem of the valve on the aerosol tank is pressed down, and the detection head opens and connects with the aerosol tank at the same time.
