Product Description
This machine is a customized gas filling machine with a straight-line bottle design that is not subject to the diameter size of the aerosol can.
After the process of filling liquid and crimping, the aerosol cans are sequentially arranged into the guide plate, the PLC program controls the gas filling head to be pressed down, with the turning cylinder, aerosol cans are turned to be horizontal from the vertical direction.
The advantage of the horizontal shaking filling instead of the vertical shaking filling is that the carbon dioxide can be quickly and evenly distributed in the liquid raw material in the tank, which greatly increases the filling amount of carbon dioxide, reduces the instantaneous pressure, and ensures the safety of production and filling accuracy.
The gas filling can be customized according to the user's production capacity of the production line.
This CO2 filling equipment is mainly used for aerosol products such as industrial lubricants, anti-rust agents, food cream sprays, cake oil sprays, etc.
