QGQE Automatic BOV (Bag-on-Valve) Aerosol Filling Line is designed to produce bag on valves (BOVs) for medium and big scale applications. It allows for a secure processing of dual compartment systems, suitable for both liquid and compressed gas (Nitrogen, Air).
BOV filling machines are currently used to fill shaving gels, pharmaceutical products, fire extinguisher, cosmetics and food.
The line has the feature of fast speed, high automation, intelligent, stable and reliable. Some working stations such as automatic weight checking mahcine, automatic water bath leakage testing machine, automatic actuator pressing machine, automatic cap pressing machine are optional depending on customer's budget.
