QGQE Automatic BOV (Bag-on-Valve) Aerosol Filling Line is designed to produce bag on valves (BOVs) for medium and big scale applications. It allows for a secure processing of dual compartment systems, suitable for both liquid and compressed gas (Nitrogen, Air).
BOV filling machines are currently used to fill shaving gels, pharmaceutical products, fire extinguisher, cosmetics and food. The line has the feature of fast speed, high automation, intelligent, stable and reliable. Some working stations such as automatic weight checking mahcine, automatic water bath leakage testing machine, automatic actuator pressing machine, automatic cap pressing machine are optional depending on customer's budget.

Two cans in-feeding at the same time for once indexing, In case there is no can at inlet or full can at outlet of the machine, it will stop automatically and recover the running automatically once the situation at the inlet and outlet of the machine is changed, it saves labors and increase the working efficiency.
Name:Four Heads Automatic Liquid Filling machine
The machine is composed of liquid metering, filling, indexing. Two cans in-feeding for once indexing. Name: Automatic weighting machine
This machine adopted advanced weighing sensor, Siemens PLC controlling system and Schneider low-voltage apparatus; the whole machine is fully explosion-proof, and with the function such as adjustable stepless motor, human-computer dialogue interface, related fault and waiting for feeding indicator, it could detect the weight of each finished can, and reject the unqualified can automatically.
Name:Automatic water bath leak tester
The machine has an explosion proof motor and is equipped with an automatic overload breaker to guarantee the safety running. The explosion proof electric heating tubes installed in the water tank can quickly heat up the water to a desired temperature and automatically control the temperature. The hanging jig is tightly clamped and won't be dropped off. The machine is attached with the automatic all-drying device.

A5:There`s no problem we could send our engineer to install or fix the machine locally in due course but customer need to pay the round air tickets cost and arrange the hotel accommodation for our engineer.
