1 QGQ750 Fully automatic aerosol filling machine is suitable for all typical aerosol products manufacturing covering house care, personal care, health care, car care and other industries. Optional working stations such as valve inserting, weight checking, water bath leakage testing, actuator pressing and cap pressing are optional for customer depending on budget. All the parts that will contact material are made of stainless steel 316 by CNC machine to guarantee an accurate filling.consist of cans arranging machine, rotary liquid filling machine, valve inserting machine, rotary sealing and gas filling , automatic weight checker, water bath, nozzle presser, cap presser, ink jet printer, packing table, etc.

Name: Liquid filling, Valve supplying& sealing machine
The turntable will choose valves automatically, the valves will be sent to producing line from the pipe productivity. Under the air power, putting the valves and press them on the can tightly. This machine has good capping quality, it saves labors and increase the working efficiency.
Name: Sealing & Gas filling machine
Automatic crimping & gas filling machine are an independent table device. It has one set of valve sealing head and filling heads, also equip with pressure boosters, gas storage tank . All air control operation, which are all SMC brand. Sealing heads has automatic locking device to stabilize sealing size. Will not filling gas if there are no cans there in filling heads.
Name: Automatic weighting machine
This machine adopted advanced weighing sensor, Siemens PLC controlling system and low-voltage apparatus; the whole machine is fully explosion-proof, and with the function such as adjustable stepless motor, human-computer dialogue interface, related fault and waiting for feeding indicator, it could detect the weight of each finished can, and reject the unqualified can automatically.
Name:Automatic water bath leak tester
The machine conveying the can from conveyor to main body by explosion-proof motor driving main shaft and screw can-divide device; the main shaft drive the hanging type sprocket to circulate continuously, so as to achieve can rotary, raise, and the hanging paw will be compressed and rebound then to finish the hanging of the can; by guide sprocket, enter into the water tank smoothly, after soaking 3-5min, the worker could observe the soaking situation and to check whether it is leaking or not through inspection window, if the can is leaking, we could take out it through the window; those tested cans will be dried the residual moisture by blower and side wind; after enter main machine body, the can could be dropped off by drop-can system, and then conveyed to the conveyor by outlet star wheel.

This machine consist of nozzle head machine, spray nozzle head presser and PLC programmed control,sort and conveyor of spray head, self compress of spray head and aerosol cans, all can come true, It is excellence in high speed, low noise and high automation.

Name: Automatic Clamping-type Ink-jet belt
With the explosion-proof motor, the main sub-synchronous conveyor holds the can into the spray area, and printed on the can bottom one by one. With adjustable conveying speed, it is very convenient to adjust different diameter can, this machine is excellent in clear character, and the can without any damage or rotary or fall down during printing, and it could be fixed at any position on the conveyor.
