Model QGQE-II Automatic Bag-on-valve Aerosol Filling Machine has the feature of high efficiency, high accuracy and high automation. Compressed air or N2 and crimping is combined into one working head with under cap filling process by PLC and touch screen, and then fill liquid material. Composed of can arranging machine, two heads inflating & crimping machine, four heads liquid filling machine, automatic weighing machine, water bath leakage tester, automatic actuator pressing machine, automatic cap pressing machine, coding machine and packing table, it is an ideal line for big scale factory.

PROCESS:
The machine is consist of two parts, one is gas filling & crimping part, and the other is liquid filling parts, the process is quite different from normal filling.
1.-the can arrange machine will arrange cans, and send these empty cans to the gas filling & crimping position through conveyor, then the machine will be start to filling N2 or compressed air and then crimping automatically;
2.-the conveyor will send these cans sealed with N2 or compressed air to the liquid filling head, and then the machine will fill in the material automatically.
3.-the last step is to the packing table, the workers start to pack these full cans.
