1.can feeding machine
Driven by an explosion-proof motor, this machine automatically sorts aerosol cans and walks on the conveyor line in sequence, without can squeezing, jamming, or inversion, and the speed can be adjusted as needed. The can feeder imitates the imported line.
2.double head cleaning machine
This machine is specially used to clean dust in aerosol cans. It consists of a main machine, an indexing mechanism, a cleaning body, a storage tank and an automatic control system. When there is an aerosol tank under the cleaning head, the cleaning head is sealed on the mouth of the tank, and the blowing rod is inserted into the tank to suck the dust in the tank and blow it out through the pipe. The blown dust is sent to the storage tank.
3.High temperature sterilization tunnel dryer
The machine consists of automatic heating, insulation box and frame. The heating element is installed on the box cover, and the electrical control box and circulation motor are installed on the top with a 50mm insulation layer. The sterilization tunnel is a continuously operating machine that uses hot air to sterilize aerosol cans according to a specific temperature profile. After passing through the 160ºC high temperature sterilization area, the aerosol can enters the 90ºC cooling area, and then enters the aseptic filling host.
4.6 head high-speed filling machine (can be equipped with circulation cleaning system)
This machine adopts a combination of pneumatic control and electrical control, and other coordinated actions are safe and reliable. The entry and exit of the tank is linear. The liquid filling part and the liquid filling power part are separated, which facilitates the installation and connection with the upper and lower conveying lines and saves installation space. The liquid filling part adopts multi-head filling at the same time, which has high production efficiency. The tank inlet conveying line and can outlet line adopt frequency conversion control, which can not only ensure the smooth entry and exit of the tank, but also adjust the conveying speed according to the filling speed. The liquid filling head adopts pressure tank filling, which has fast liquid filling speed and no splashing. A series of actions such as the cans being fed from the can inlet conveyor line to the filling head, and then entering the can outlet conveyor line after filling are completed, are controlled by PLC and touch screen to ensure the reliability of each action. As for the power part of liquid filling, the filling volume is adjusted through worm gear and counter display, making it easy to adjust. The inhalation and extrusion of raw materials are controlled by standard cylinders, which are stable, reliable and easy to maintain.
The circulating cleaning part consists of three solvent storage tanks, cleaning pipelines, circulating cleaning devices and control systems. The cycle cleaning time is adjustable and can be cleaned in three steps to ensure that after the filling is stopped, the pipes and liquid cylinders of the filling equipment are clean and basically free of residues.
5.Double head valve inserting machine (with ultraviolet disinfection)
The machine consists of a valve regulating mechanism, a valve feeding mechanism, a valve upper host and a control system. The aerosol valves are automatically sorted by a closed valve management plate, and are sent to the upper valve host part through the track one by one. Through signal transmission, the valves are pressed onto the aerosol can under the action of the cylinder. The closed valve management mechanism is equipped with an ultraviolet lamp to perform ultraviolet "flash explosion" disinfection of the valves.
6.4 head crimping + 4 head gas filling machine (N2O)
The main power of the four-head vacuum and sealing machine adopts a combination of pneumatic control and electrical control, which is safe and reliable. The entry and exit of the tank is a rotary operation. The turntable is driven by a motor, and the divider is indexed with high dividing accuracy. The torque limiter controls the torque and quickly stops the rotation once the load is exceeded. The tank is evacuated and the sealing part is performed by multiple heads at the same time, resulting in high production efficiency. The sealing cylinder is designed with an air guide sleeve to ensure that when sealing, the outer shaft is pressed first and the inner shaft is sealed later. When returning, the inner shaft returns first, then the sealing claw returns. The cans are fed from the can inlet conveyor line to the sealing head, and a series of actions such as the output of the can outfeed conveyor line after sealing is completed are controlled by PLC and touch screen to ensure the reliability of each action.
7.high speed weighing machine
The machine uses advanced weight sensors, Siemens PLC control and low-voltage electrical components; the electrical appliances are explosion-proof, stepper motor stepless speed regulation, human-machine dialogue interface control, emergency stop alarm, fault waiting indication and other functions. The weight of each can of product is inspected, and unqualified products that exceed the tolerance are automatically rejected. It has the advantages of easy operation, fast speed, high precision, reduced noise and good stability.
8.high speed actuator pressing machine
The machine is equipped with a 108L nozzle loading hopper, which can hold about 15,000 nozzles at a time. It also has an automatic detection and blanking device that can automatically add nozzles to the screening vibration plate. Designed with 6-station rotary installation, the machine operates stably and smoothly, and has the function of recovering gas generated due to pressure on the nozzle. The control system uses Siemens PLC as the core. It has functions such as shutdown when there is no material, shutdown when there is no tank, shutdown when the tank is full, monitoring of vibrating nozzles and automatic replenishment.
