Description
QGQ-GY The machine is used to fill the liquid oxygen into the aerosol can which will be medical oxgyen and health care oxygen and energy oxgyen .
This auto- production line is mainly composed by can unscrambler, conveyor, blowing, filling machine and packing table. Accessories such as disinfection cabinet ,automatic valve supplier and marks sprayer can be added according to customer's requirements. The filling machine is controlled by advanced PLC+ digital program touch screen. The photoelectrical switches and electromagnetic valves on main machine body are advanced intrinsically safety type made in Germany, Japan and Italy. It is excellence in high automation, easy parameter adjusting, good running security and reliability. The machine meets the requirement of more than 99.6% purity in Pharmacopoeia industry. The pressure of oxygen is 1.2MPa after filling.

QGQGDY-3 The machine adopted under cap replacement filling method, do vacuuming, gas replacing, gas constant pressure filling, crimping after put the valve onto the can. With adjustable replacing times, it could reduce the decrease of oxygen purity, and ensure the high purity. It is equipped with three filling heads, with interval feed by servo star wheel, could fill three cans at the same time in once feed. It is excellent in high level of automation, convenient parameter adjustment and setting, reliable operation, stability performance and nice appearance.
