Qgqgdy-3 PLC Controlled Three Heads Automatic Under-Cap Oxygen Filling Machine
QGQ-GY The machine is used to fill the liquid oxygen into the aerosol can which will be medical oxgyen and health care oxygen and energy oxgyen .
This auto- production line is mainly composed by can unscrambler, conveyor, blowing, filling machine and packing table. Accessories such as disinfection cabinet ,automatic valve supplier and marks sprayer can be added according to customer's requirements. The filling machine is controlled by advanced PLC+ digital program touch screen. The photoelectrical switches and electromagnetic valves on main machine body are advanced intrinsically safety type made in Germany, Japan and Italy. It is excellence in high automation, easy parameter adjusting, good running security and reliability. The machine meets the requirement of more than 99.6% purity in Pharmacopoeia industry. The pressure of oxygen is 1.2MPa after filling.

QGQGDY-3 The machine adopted under cap replacement filling method, do vacuuming, gas replacing, gas constant pressure filling, crimping after put the valve onto the can. With adjustable replacing times, it could reduce the decrease of oxygen purity, and ensure the high purity. It is equipped with three filling heads, with interval feed by servo star wheel, could fill three cans at the same time in once feed. It is excellent in high level of automation, convenient parameter adjustment and setting, reliable operation, stability performance and nice appearance.

The machine adopts the under-cup replacement filling method, and performs vacuuming, gas replacement, gas constant pressure filling and sealing processes on the aerosol cans with aerosol valves. The replacement times are adjustable, and the purity of the medium gas is reduced less during the filling process, which can ensure the purity of the filled gas.
The main machine is equipped with three filling heads, which adopt servo star wheel intermittent feeding, and can fill three bottles at the same time in one feeding. It has the advantages of high automation program, convenient parameter adjustment and setting, stable operation, stable performance and beautiful appearance.
This non dip-tube valve feeder consists of a valve sorting mechanism, a valve delivery mechanism, a valve detection mechanism, an automatic valve loading mechanism and an intelligent control system. It is specially used for automatic loading of valves without ducts (refrigerant valves, oxygen valves, etc.). The valves are automatically screened and sorted by the valve manager and then enter the track. The valve delivery machine sends the valves to the predetermined position under the action of compressed air. After the detection machine confirms that the qualified valves enter the valve loading machine, the control system automatically places the valves on the aerosol cans.
The machine has the following functions: 1. Automatically detect the gasket inside the valve cup and automatically remove the valve cover without the inner gasket. 2. The can without the valve cover will not move, and the cover will not fall off without the can. 3. If there are less than 4 cans before the can is loaded or the conveyor line is full of cans after the can is discharged, the machine will automatically stop working.
