Description
This machine is jointly developed by our company and Sinochem Modern Environmental Protection Chemicals (Xi'an) Co., Ltd, it is specifically designed for non-flammable refrigerant gases filling, such as R12, F22, R134a etc., with under cap filling process. The filling line is composed of empty can arranging machine, transportation conveyor and automatic under cap filling main machine, some more working stations are optional for customers' decision, such as automatic blind cap placing machine, automatic weighing machine, automatic water bath leakage testing machine, ink jet printer and other packing machines. The under cap filling main machine is configured with PLC control system with a friendly 10.1" TET-LCD touch screen of 65536 true color interface. The central master PC with PLC control system achieves accurate screw bar feeding driven by servo motor with servo amplifier. The linear feeding is a unique technology from our company. This machine has the feature of high automation level, easy parameters setting and reliable running.

This machine includes refrigerant gas pressure boosting system.metering system and PLC control system with touch screen. Super size TET-Lcdtouch screen makes a friendly communication interface. This machine has the feature of high automation. easy parameter setting,safety and reliable running.


Name: Automatic weighting machine
This machine adopted advanced weighing sensor, Siemens PLC controlling system and low-voltage apparatus; the whole machine is fully explosion-proof, and with the function such as adjustable stepless motor, human-computer dialogue interface, related fault and waiting for feeding indicator, it could detect the weight of each finished can, and reject the unqualified can automatically.

Name:Automatic water bath leak tester
The machine has an explosion proof motor and is equipped with an automatic overload breaker to guarantee the safety running. The explosion proof electric heating tubes installed in the water tank can quickly heat up the water to a desired temperature and automatically control the temperature. The hanging jig is tightly clamped and won't be dropped off. The machine is attached with the automatic all-drying device.
