Description

This machine combines the vacuumizing and compressing and filling the air or nitrogen and sealing into one unit , and then fill the shave gel material and pentane into the container. It is specially used shave gel production and paste and pentane will mix at ration and fill simultaneous ,it is easy to operate, and good air-tightness and precise filling and so on , it is new generation of binary aerosol packing machine since the binary packing machine for paste type product .  
 

   Advantages 

Paste material and pentane can be mixed at ration and filled at the same time, homogeneous mixed and have good foaming effect.
Avoid freeze mixing, low energy consumption, save floor space, improve production efficiency.
PLC has been installed, touch screen makes more easy to operate, full automatic regulation, count function available, decrease the labor intensity.
