QGBG series Butane/Propane Gas Cartridge Filling Machine combines the functions of a vacuum crimper and a gas charger into one station. It is ideal for those processes involving blind cup valves as gas is introduced into the container under the valve cup prior to the valve being crimped in place.
Unlike other systems, the Low Pressure Around Valve (LPAV) system works directly from the bulk gas transfer pump and is standard with a pneumatic vacuum generator. This eliminates the need for expensive vacuum, hydraulic, and high-pressure gas pumps.

APPLICATIONS:
- Outdoor or camping gas source (such as butane/isobutane/propane, or blend of them), in small disposable cartridge or canister, with standard threaded valve.
QGBG 500 It sets vacuum sucking, filling and sealing. It can be used as sealing machine for filling the refrigerant (F12, F22, 134a) and air conditioning lubricants. It is a kind of dedicated equipment which requires that products must be sealed immediately after filling from (non-core valve) covers in a vacuum state.
QGBG 1000 This machine combines vacuumizing, dosing filling, sealing and recovery. It will fill under the cap and sealing immediately at the vacuum working situation ,the machine is widely use to fill the refrigerant (F12,F22,134a), air condition lubricating oil, dosing valve air freshener, traveling using butane for alp and frigid zone and so on.This machine is easy to operate and with good air tightness and measuring accuracy.
QGBGS-1000 Under-Cup filler is an upgrading version of QGBG. It combines the functions of a vacuum crimper, a propellant charger and a product recycler into one station. It is ideal for those processes involving blind cup valves (stemless valve) as propellant is introduced into the container under the valve cup prior to the valve being crimped in place.
Applications:refrigerant for air conditioner(F12,F22,R134a,etc), lubricant for air conditioner,outdoor LPG source, air freshener with metered valve,etc.
