Description

QGQE Automatic BOV (Bag-on-Valve) Aerosol Filling Machine is designed to produce bag on valves (BOVs) for medium and big scale applications. It allows for a secure processing of dual compartment systems, suitable for both liquid and compressed gas (Nitrogen, Air).
The machine has the feature of high efficiency, high accuracy and high automation. Compressed air or N2 and crimping is combined into one working head with under cap filling process by PLC and touch screen, and then fill liquid material. Composed of can arranging machine, two heads inflating & crimping machine, four heads liquid filling machine, automatic weighing machine, water bath leakage tester, automatic actuator pressing machine, automatic cap pressing machine, coding machine and packing table, it is an ideal line for big scale factory.

   QGQE-II Automatic Bag On Valve (integral) Filling Machine  is controlled by PLC+touch screen, driven by servo & precision planetary reducer,    could realize precise digital controlling. Combined two heads sealing & filling and liquid filling into one station, this machine could feed two position continuously once time, it has advantage of much faster speed, more accuracy positioning, more balance during working. The machine will stop          automatically when the outlet occur less can or full of can; when we open one of the doors, it also will stop after finish filling. We could detect the          fault source visually by checking the monitoring screen on touch screen when occur faults. Thus truly realized automatically filling.

BOV filling machines are currently used to fill shaving gels, pharmaceutical products, fire extinguisher, cosmetics and food. The line has the feature of fast speed, high automation, intelligent, stable and reliable. Some working stations such as automatic weight checking mahcine, automatic water bath leakage testing machine, automatic actuator pressing machine, automatic cap pressing machine are optional depending on customer's budget.
