QGBGS-1000PLC Control Under-Cup Filling Machine:
1 This machine is specifically designed for refrigerant gases filling with under cap filling process such as R13, R22, R134a, R406a. 600a. It is also capable to fill alp cooking gas or camping gases. There is a single working head seated on the working table which combines the function of vacuumizing, gas filling and crimping into the single working head. The machine is fully pneumatic controlled thus has no any risk of explosion caused by the flammable gas, it simply needs only one operator for the machine running, saves labor cost and saves workshop space, low investment for customers. The machine is equipped with international Metalwork brand pneumatic valves imported from Italy, gas metering system is made of 316 stainless steel by CNC machine thus an accurate filling is guaranteed. Additionally there is a boost pump for the gas liquefaction and a storage tank for buffer to keep a stable filling volume.
2 It combines the functions of a vacuum extractor,a crimper,a charger and a recycler into one unit. It is ideal for those processes involving blind cup valves as propellant is introduced into the container under the valve cup prior to the valve being crimped in place.
3 This under cap aerosol filling machine can be used for filling the refrigerant (R134a,F12,F22,R22,HFC-134a,R410a,butane gas,HCFC,LPG,Refrigerant freon,Refrigerant Isobutane,R600A,propane R20) ,air condition lubricants.
