This machine combined liquid filling & valve inserting & sealing & gas filling into one working table, controlled by PLC+7inch touch screen, drove by servo system, it achieves automation and could control the parameters easily, and it could fill liquid, insert the valve, seal the valve and fill propellant. With advantage of new design, compact structure and reliable performance, it is the ideal equipment for 20mm household & medicinal aerosol filling machine.
This machine also could designed into new higher speed machine within two liquid filling heads & two valve inserting heads & two crimping heads & two gas filling heads, then the production speed could be double.
