Driven by an explosion-proof motor, this machine automatically sorts aerosol cans and walks on the conveyor line in sequence, without can squeezing, jamming, or inversion, and the speed can be adjusted as needed. The can feeder imitates the imported line.
The 4-head valve inserting machine consists of two lifting machines, two valve adding machines and 4-head valve inserting machine. Complex valves are added by the elevator. After passing through the valve management station of the turntable part of the valve adding machine, individual valves enter the track of the valve adding machine and form a continuous state. The continuous valve is decomposed into two separate valves through the cylinder of the blowing part of the valve adding machine. The air source blows the valve through the valve outlet pipe of the valve adding machine into the pipe of the valve inserting machine.
The main power of this machine adopts pneumatic control and electrical control, which is safe and reliable. The entry and exit of the tank is linear. The inflatable part of the tank is separated from the inflated power part, which facilitates installation and connection with the upper and lower conveyor lines and saves installation space. The inflatable part uses multiple heads for simultaneous filling, resulting in high production efficiency. The can inlet conveying line and can out line adopt frequency conversion control, which can not only ensure the smooth entry and exit of the can, but also adjust the conveying speed according to the filling speed. A series of actions are carried out from the tank inlet conveyor line to the inflation head, and after the inflation is completed, it enters the tank outlet conveyor line. PLC and touch screen controls are used to ensure the reliability of each action. The power part of inflation, the inflation metering adjustment is adjusted through gear transmission, and the counter displays it, making it easy to adjust. A pneumatic one-way valve and a delay valve are designed on the gas line to ensure accurate measurement. An independent air exhaust port is provided on the side of the inflator head and the bottom of the inflator to guide the gas to the outdoors through the air duct.
The machine adopts advanced weight sensor, Siemens PLC control and low-voltage electrical components; electrical appliances adopt explosion-proof type, stepping motor stepless speed regulation, man-machine dialogue interface control, emergency stop alarm failure indication and other functions. The weight of each can is checked, and the unqualified products that are out of tolerance are automatically removed. It has the advantages of convenient operation, high speed, high precision, low noise and good stability.
The machine conveying the can from conveyor to main body by explosion-proof motoidriving main shaft and screw can-divide device; the main shaft drive the hanging type sprocket tohanging paw will becirculate continuously, so as to achieve can rotary, raise. and thecompressed and rebound then to finish the hanging of the can; by guide sprocket, enter into thewater tank smoothly, after soaking 3-5min, the worker could observe the soaking situation and tocheck whether it is leaking or not through inspection window, if the can is leaking, we could takethose tested cans will be dried the residual moisture by blower andout it through the window;side wind: after enter main machine body, the can could be dropped off by drop-can system, andthen conveyed to the conveyor by outlet star wheel.
This machine adopts Siemens PLC and low voltage component. There are advanced person to machine intertace and it will stop and alarm automatically when waiting for feeding and appearing fault and so on.
Also it has system of covering cap and choosing system, and the whole process doesn't need work staff.Our capping machine can correct the cap which is distortion to some degree online; these can decrease the consumption of cap.

The Automatic Clamping-type Ink-jet Belt is a device for conveying the aerosol can during the coding process.
The equipment is installed on both sides of the conveying line, and it may not be connected with the conveying line, so the installation is extremely convenient.
