1 Two liquid filling heads, one crimping head and one propellant filling head are separately seated on three working tables, and running speed matches each other at 1500-1800cans/hour.
2 Suitablel for all typical aerosol products, suc as air freshener, deodorant, perfume, furniture spray, insecticide, mosquito killer spray, pesticide, leather spray, toliet spray, disinfection spray, hair spray, cosmetic spray, self defence spray, pepper spray, pharmaceutical spray, food spray, wound spray, tyre repair spray, mould release spray, anti rust spray, color paint spray, PU foam, fire extinguisher and LPG cartridge.
3 Stainless steel 316 manufactured by CNC machine both liquid dosing and gas metering system. Reliable crimping quality, accurate filling dosage, addtional boost pump for propellant liquefaction. Fully pneumatic controlled, easy operating and simple machine serviing, low investment for customer.PART 1: Liquid filling machine
