Double heads automatic inflating & crimping machine is composed of air inflating & crimping, indexing, PLC & touch screen system. Two cans in-feeding at the same time for once indexing, so the efficiency is twice than before QGQE-I. In case there is no can at inlet or full can at outlet of the machine. It will stop automatically and recover the running automatically once the situation at the inlet and outlet of the machine is charged, no extra labor need to be fixed to the machine for supervising the machine running exactly.
The machine can be composed with autimatic can arranging machine, four heads automatic filling machine, automatic weighting machine, automatic water-bath leak tester, automatic coding belt, automatic valve actuator presser, automatic cap presser , packing table and aerosol products automatic packing and stacking facility.
