QSF Valve Sorter is designed to correctly sort, orientate, feed 1" standard aerosol valves with diptubes into containers.
With the help of a selection system followed by guides, valves are fed in a way which is known as "throw-out then throw-in" to empty containers, where they are inserted into. The sorter design allows for valve bodies made both of steel and aluminum.
The drive is by an electric motor with smooth gearbox of adjustable rotation speed of the disc rotations.
