Automatic Over Capper for Aerosol Can (QYG)
Over-Capper (QYG) is configured with pneumatic single indexing drive and is specially designed to place a wide range of caps on the aerosol cans. With simple set-up and robust construction, the machine is able to be lined up in a complete aerosol filling line or used as a separate equipment.
The machine comes standard with quick changeover tooling for both cap and container change parts. Its base is constructed from epoxy-coated structural steel and is covered with a polished stainless steel top.
A stainless steel vibratory bowl to sort, orientate and feed the appropriate cap is standard.
This automatic capping machine has 4 actions; sorting cap, arrange cap, catch cap and press cap, all of them are finished automatically. lt is suit all kinds of aerosol cans. This machine is easy to operate and with high security. It is realize choose for the aerosol producer.
